Grilled Pineapple with Cinnamon-Sugar Glaze Fresh cut pineapple spears tossed with brown sugar and cinnamon and then grilled to absolute perfection!

Ingredients: 1 whole pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into spears), 1 cup brown sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon, whipped cream, toasted coconut.

BBQ rum & caramel bananas - Make the foil parcels for these BBQ rum bananas in advance, then place them in the dying coals while eating your main – the perfect end to a summer barbecue. Ingredients: 50g butter - softened, 40g light brown muscovado sugar, 1-2 tsp treacle, 1-2 tbsp spiced rum, 6 unpeeled bananas, ice cream, to serve (we like coconut)

Browned Butter Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon "Toast" Brioche Crumbs Sweet summertime peach halves grilled and finished with a drizzle of browned honey butter and topped .. Ingredients: 4 slices brioche bread, torn or pulsed into fine crumbs (about 2 cups of crumbs) 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted 2-5 tablespoons cinnamon sugar, to your taste, plus more for serving 4 tablespoons salted butter, 2 tablespoons honey
