Eat the rainbow!

Red - Supplies lycopene, which protects the skin from sun damage and may help against certain cancers:

tomatoes, pink grapefruit, watermelon, red peppers

​Orange - Packed with beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A for healthy skin:

squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, mango, papaya, nectarines, apricots, peaches

Yellow - Supplies the carotenoids – lutein and zeaxanthin – which protect the eye from damage and help to reduce the risk of developing cataracts:
