Hi Peter I just wanted to say a massive thank you for getting my order to us so quickly. This entire experience has been a huge reminder as to why it’s so important to support small business.
Yesterday, we had a Tesco shop due for delivery between 5pm - 9pm, it didn’t turn up and we didn’t hear anything. After finally getting through, Tesco said they couldn’t fulfill our order, therefore they had cancelled it but they had taken the money from our account and have said it will take 10 working days to refund and refused to rebook the order or do anything to assist. I appreciate this is a difficult time for all, so whilst I appreciate that these things do happen, it was a big wake up call to see a huge corporate beast like Tesco, who we spend a minimum of £400 with a month, didn’t care, yet in less than 24 hours I had a huge delivery on my doorstep from you, and of much better quality. So I just wanted to say thank you so much. I fell out of the habit of ordering form you because I had baby no. 2, I had a lot of health issues, life got busy and I found it “easier” to add my fruit and veg onto by Tesco shop. However, this has definitely made me realise my mistake, and we look forward to making regular orders from you going forward, not just during the COVID19 crisis, but even once this settles, we will continue to be a customer.
